On this Shani Jayanti, with the grace of Shree Krishna and Shani Dev, I am making an attempt to write this message, as it has been on my mind for a long time. I hope this message helps or benefits you.

Every human being in life reaches a stage of despair. Feeling fear, confusion, grief, helplessness, loss of purpose, betrayal, moral conflict, or moral exhaustion. Reading the Bhagavad Gita acts like a guide during inner crisis. Not only in times of despair, but also in times of success and stability, reading the Bhagavad Gita keeps us grounded. It warns us against becoming trapped by ego, arrogance, pride, attachment to praise, power, or the belief that “I alone am the cause of my success”. As nothing in this universe is constant; wealth, beauty, power, recognition, and even emotions and difficult times in life are bound to change. It teaches us not to be controlled by our indriyas (senses). The Bhagavad Gita teaches us Karma Yoga: take the next right action, act with sincerity, live truthfully, be humble, be disciplined, without obsession over outcomes.

In Vedic astrology, the 10th house is the Karma Bhava ruled by Shani Dev (Saturn). The birth chart reveals karmic duties, lessons, and patterns. The Bhagavad Gita acts as a psychological and spiritual guide to navigate them.
